modules/synthstation freezes the Synth Station app from omnipython-lib, beside modules/controlpanel the way #243 added that one. It's an app, so it has an OPT_IN file: all leaves it out, and a build names it (--modules all, synthstation) or a board installs it with mip.

The omnipython-lib pin moves to pydevices 3d7c92d: synthstation (pydevices#372) and audioinstruments v0.5.1.dev0 (pydevices#374), the first audioinstruments tag with audioinstruments.panel, which synthstation imports. So every build's frozen audioinstruments moves from 0.5.0 to 0.5.1.dev0: panel added, and rhythm909 builds at rates below 32 kHz.

The choose-modules guide and the modules reference list it with the other opt-in modules.

…struments 0.5.1.dev0

synthstation is an app, so all leaves it out: name it (all, synthstation)
to freeze it, or install it with mip. The library pin moves to pydevices
3d7c92d, which carries synthstation and pins audioinstruments v0.5.1.dev0,
whose audioinstruments.panel synthstation imports.
