Summary

Update the updater plan/testing docs to record completed Windows MSI transaction qualification and residual boundaries.

  • Mark gate Bump alpine from 3.22 to 3.24 #1 qualified for documented disposable-Windows scope
  • Record observed live evidence for upgrade/repair/rollback/contention/timeout and end-to-end Manager MSI reconciliation
  • Update testing guidance for native/live MSI helper coverage and opt-in boundaries
