Real tasks (038) — final consumer verdict (16 October 2026)
DOES WORKSPINE HELP NOW? REVISE for the requested native two-plan T3 acceptance. The 038 installed Workspine agent produced app code meeting 12/12 blind feature criteria but the blind verdict is merge NO, because 10 new lint warnings were introduced. The agent completed ONE approved brownfield CHANGE with two overlapping application writers. Separate native PLAN01 and PLAN02 approvals/execution/verification were not exercised.
DELIVERED: Stacked draft PR #128 now targets pushed Workspine factory/038@9963bf9d (four product commits fd4b560, c938733, 7ad1537, 9963bf9). Latest integrated suite 34/34 files GREEN. Final HEAD npm pack: 122 assets, SHA256 1FDE384488B6CBBDFD1602F6BB57E7D54DA693288087D5E95790FD091ACD2995; fresh installed setup and health exit0, 25-line root AGENTS.md and portable work-plan skill confirmed. Final HEAD packaging is separate from the earlier T3 package.
FIXED: FIX1 exact-plan start-new lifecycle handoff, previous approved SHA/path/identity checks, fresh owner approval requirement, historical plan evidence and exact chain verification routing/status propagation (RED→GREEN tests). FIX6 normal setup writes concise root AGENTS.md without clobbering consumer rules or portable skills; --no-agents opt-out remains. Commit 9963bf9 additionally guards legacy helper migration and fenced Markdown example markers. Source and package-smoke acceptance GREEN; real native two-plan user acceptance remains separate.
STILL BROKEN: Frozen T3 used old integrated source 7ad1537, package SHA256 98AF33C248807FE0181151F66B2751E1076849BA4D48AB268A7607285197FE91. T3 self-approved one .work/brownfield-change/CHANGE.md with SHA256 024030bb8f5f776afe1b7e0a9e444e37b6b515447a3e5671e2da4a0e4c032465 and reference T3-test-agent-self-approval-not-Patrick. Execution complete, verification passed, next brownfield_change_closed, audit transition ok but audit.status still not_started; only ONE native chain. Independent native reviewer verdict REVISE for two-plan, GO only for honest one-chain closure.
Host and blind: T3 built and passed eight library test targets. Test-app and lint-app retained frozen pre-existing failures. Baseline lint-store: 1 circular-dependency error, 0 warnings. T3: SAME error plus 10 new @typescript-eslint/no-explicit-any warnings (9 playback.service.spec.ts, 1 track-notification.service.spec.ts), so host-verify-summary.json says REGRESSION. Independent blind app review: 12/12 feature criteria, verdict REVISE, merge NO. No browser/OS notification display or real Spotify playback verified. All receipts remain in %TEMP%/factory-038/logs/par, par-review and par-native-review, including protected original app diff/workstate and separate reviewer findings; Factory-037 controls were NOT rerun.
Token totals are top-level turn usage only, excluding unknown nested-agent and host effort. 038 used pinned Node22 and a documented temporary npm11 launcher because host npm10 had a missing pacote dependency; 037 Node/runtime context differs, preventing speed-up causality. The collector correctly failed closed, and no native two-plan success is inferred from source tests.
S1–S6 owner stops: none. Errors and legitimate recoveries are in logs/supervisor/TOOL-ERRORS.md. No payment, secret, stable npm publish, author post/PR reply, force push, Pro chat relay, default merge or release tag. All pushes to the two Factory-038 side branches were non-force; undo by reverting selected commits in reverse order on the branch then ordinary push. Final HEAD package is temporary (not released); deleting it reverses the installation artifact. FACTORY-037 disposable cleanup was completed only after the SHA-verified 493 MB archive and no-active-writer check, preserving its logs/libs/pack/scripts/takeover.

Does Workspine help? NO in these paired tasks: more time/tokens on T1; T2 originally 5/10 versus plain Codex 8/10. T3 app passed, native workflow did not.
Tasks done: T1–T3, paired controls, byte-correct blind reviews and installed-package reruns are complete; this is a negative/mixed trial result, not release or human acceptance.
Bugs found: 3 Workspine defects fixed; remaining T3 lifecycle and setup/documentation frictions are ranked below; environment and consumer-code defects stay separate.
Fixed: d93dd81 already pushed to factory/036-real-run; three-defect cap reached. Final full-suite status: GREEN, 33/33 files including gsdd.flow-cohesion.
Factory-037 closure: disposable-copy cleanup completed on 16 October in Factory-038 after archive SHA and process/worktree verification. There is no pending owner decision (S1–S6) for this cleanup; the consumer verdict remains REVISE.
