docs(launch): point the social post drafts at the tagged store links - #75

The launch drafts carry bare listing URLs; since 2026-10-02 every store link is UTM-tagged per channel (link set in the Maecenas research note). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

One note at the top of docs/launch-social-posts.md: the bare listing URLs in the drafts are superseded by the per-channel UTM-tagged links kept in the Maecenas research note (2026-10-02). No other change.
