Characterisation tests for every gh command run through GitHub.run, the remote to host and repository resolution, the default prompts and instruction files, the pull request tools' listings, and the keys and raw values that outlive a launch. Long texts are held in fixtures under Tests/fixtures/characterisation, recorded from a CI run.

Step 1 of 6. Part of a stack for GitLab support, issue 4 on spatie/bloom. Each PR targets the previous step, so its diff is that step alone. Nothing changes for a project on GitHub: the characterisation tests from step 1 are never edited by later steps.
Characterisation tests only, no app code. They pin today's GitHub behaviour exactly, so the following steps can prove they leave it alone:
ghcommand run throughGitHub.run, argument by argument--repogh is pointed atTests/fixtures/characterisation
