Summary

Adds two boolean fields to the auction payload of both the V2 (lib/addons/prebid/analytics.ts) and V1 (lib/addons/prototypes/analytics.js) Prebid analytics:

• rtdInstalled: optableRtdProvider is in pbjs.installedModules, meaning it is compiled into the Prebid build.
• rtdConfigured: pbjs.getConfig("realTimeData").dataProviders contains a provider named optable.

Today the payload only shows whether Optable EIDs reached bidders (optableTargetingDone). That cannot separate "RTD missing from the build" from "built in but not configured" from "configured but returned no EIDs". These fields can.

Both fall back to false when Prebid does not expose installedModules or getConfig.

Notes

• The downstream witness processor or BigQuery schema may need the two new columns before the fields are persisted.
• V1 has no test suite; V2 tests cover installed+configured, installed only, and missing APIs.

Superseded by #351. RTD presence is now reported there in the page object (first auction of the page) for both V1 and V2, as optableRTDInstalled and optableRTDConfigured (renamed from rtdOptable), alongside rtdDelay and udDelay.
