Documents CFSTsteel for simulating local buckling-induced strain softening and cyclic strength and stiffness deterioration in CFST and bare steel members, including HSS and H-sections.
Includes command syntax, a complete parameter table, three model diagrams, Tcl/Python examples, and a symmetric cyclic-response animation. Adds CFSTsteel under Steel & Reinforcing-Steel Materials in the uniaxial material index.
Validation: the Sphinx documentation build passed with warnings treated as errors. The companion source passed complete OpenSees/OpenSeesPy builds and workflow checks on Ubuntu, macOS and Windows; all 132 Ubuntu pytest tests passed. The supplied Tcl/Python examples each ran for 1,200 steps on Windows and matched the stored reference within the comparison tolerances.
Companion source: OpenSees/OpenSees#1846
CI results: https://github.com/wangshiyeye/OpenSees/actions/runs/39422369606
Documentation publication should be coordinated with the CFSTsteel source contribution. Calling the material requires an OpenSees/OpenSeesPy build that includes CFSTsteel.
