Fixes #172

Adds CameraModel { Tiny2, Tiny2Lite }, taken from the V4L2 card name when the camera is opened, and passes it to CameraStatus::decode. For the Lite the speed is read from 0x24, hand tracking is (3, 0) and (6, _) is Unknown. Tiny 2 decoding is unchanged; new unit tests plus one integration test with a real Lite status block.

Checked on a Tiny 2 Lite: t4l speed fast|standard and t4l tracking hand now read back as Sport/Standard/Hand. cargo test --all-features passes.

#169 adds a CameraModel for the Tiny 4K as well; whichever lands first, I'm happy to rebase onto the other.

The Lite reports the tracking speed at 0x24 (0x21 is always 3) and hand
tracking as (3, 0), with (6, 0) only as a transient while switching.
The model is taken from the V4L2 card name.

Closing this: I moved the Tiny 2 Lite work to a separate tool, obsbot4linux, and won't maintain these changes here. The protocol notes and captures stay public in obsbot-tiny2-lite-protocol in case they help. Thanks for the project! (Written with Claude Code.)
