Import the camera controls and named presets from PR OpenFoxes#170, while preserving its five original source commits. The GUI and CLI can control pan, tilt, and zoom, and share local presets in the user configuration directory. The original V4L2 reads returned untouched copies instead of the kernel response. Keep the readback repair and its regression tests with this feature. Use reported ranges, disable tracking for manual pan and tilt, and retain Camera::new(&str) and Tiny 4K dispatch when combining the two camera PRs. Preset writes use the user configuration directory and replace files by rename. Save and delete reject corrupt existing JSON instead of overwriting it. The GUI queries the camera interface when saving, and handles control and file errors without panicking. V4L2 position readback can still be cached. Documentation for the controls and preset storage belongs to this integration. Tiny 3 hardware and control writes were not exercised locally. Tests: Built the CLI and GUI with all features and the locked dependencies. The existing test suite passed (117 tests). Regression tests cover nonzero ioctl responses, ioctl failures, preset paths, and preservation of corrupt preset files. Read-only PTZ queries on the connected Tiny 2 matched v4l2-ctl in the original validation.
