Short page without the form until mails can be sent - #13

* Revert "The short page without the form until mails can be sent (#12) (#13)" This reverts commit 0e77e60. * The confirmation mail goes through Resend (#14) Reverts the form's removal (#13) and replaces the send_email binding with Resend's REST API behind the RESEND_API_KEY secret, set by the Deploy workflow. Locally without a key the Worker logs the mail with its link. The mail names the alpha notification, as the page does. Sending to arbitrary addresses needs the Workers Paid plan or another provider (Resend is the plan), so the double opt-in's confirmation mail never leaves and no address may be collected. Until that is set up:
