Stacks the five Dependabot PRs as squash commits on main so CI runs on the combination. The three backend/uv.lock bumps touch the same file; each conflict was resolved by keeping every PR's own package version (anthropic 1.13.0, fastapi 0.143.0, ruff 0.17.0). Everything else matches the Dependabot PRs.
After CI is green, main is fast-forwarded to this branch and #207–#211 are closed.
