Show level-up notifications as the web does - #99

devnull sends a leveled_up notification when you reach a new level, and the app had no case for it, so it drew one as "Local Dev @you replied to your commit". Now it names nobody, like a moderation update, with a "Lv. 5 · wheel" chip in your lane, "You reached level 5: wheel." and the rank's description underneath. The node uses Lucide's chevrons-up and a tap opens your profile. The level, rank and description come from dev-null-sh/dev-null.sh#836. Until that ships the API sends none of them, so the row says "You reached a new level." without the chip. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

devnull sends a
leveled_upnotification when you reach a new level, and the app had no case for it, so the inbox drew one as "Local Dev @you replied to your commit" with the reply icon. Now it matches the web. It names nobody, like a moderation update, and shows a "Lv. 5 · wheel" chip in your lane, "You reached level 5: wheel." and the rank's description underneath. The node uses Lucide's
chevrons-up, which is a new SVG, so it needs a fresh build. A tap opens your own profile. The "All" filter's empty text now mentions level-ups too, as the web's does. The level, rank and description come from dev-null-sh/dev-null.sh#836, which isn't merged yet. Until it ships, the API sends none of them and the row just says "You reached a new level." with no chip. So this is safe to merge before or after the API change.
Things to look at: the chip uses the web's 25% border and 8% fill in your lane colour, and
namesNobody()on the notification now covers both moderation updates and level-ups.Screenshots
Taken against a local API running #836 on top of current production, signed in as a local user with a level 5 level-up. No Android shots this time. The emulator's Chrome wanted its first-run terms accepted before the app could sign in, and they weren't worth holding the PR for.
