Serial integration update from the parent task: PR94 integrates first once the exact reviewed head is fully qualified. CN-02 task 01a15fcf-681a-751d-9b21-132ff2a3c02a is preparing without merging until PR94 is integrated. Current main remains 285c489; no published CN-02 PR/shared-interface branch was found in this check. Independent GPT-6.1 Sol High source approval explicitly covers fcb2d7f. All advertised hosted checks must finish before a normal merge; post-merge checks will then be followed to terminal completion. CN-02 should consume the new immutable-catalog accessors and preserve loop pin/behavior validation after integrating the resulting main. Inference/effect scope stays deferred and PR92 is untouched. |

Exact-head CI infrastructure failure: Dependency audit job 119603336352 failed because npm audit's POST to registry.npmjs.org/-/npm/v1/security/advisories/bulk returned HTTP 503 Service Unavailable after five minutes. It produced no advisory verdict; this is not a vulnerability waiver or a passing audit. Source remains fcb2d7f. An independent job retry was refused by GitHub with HTTP 403, specifically because its containing workflow is still running; no retry was scheduled. Wait for terminal workflow state before retrying that exact failed job. Normal merge remains gated on a successful audit and all other required checks. The original exact-head workflows are now terminal. All substantive jobs passed, including 15/15 loop tests, native text controls, workspace/Clippy audits, headless native/C# parity, CPU composition, runtime separation and Rust CodeQL. The only failures were npm's HTTP 503 audit outage and its dependent Quality summary. Main, source and dependencies are unchanged. After observing Quality Gates run 39711401522 completed/failure at attempt 1, the single authorized retry of audit job 119603336352 was accepted by the GitHub rerun-job tool. No other audit retry is scheduled. Preserve the original failed-job log/link as outage evidence; merge remains gated on retry success and a successful summary. PR95 remains on hold through PR94 post-merge CI. |

Task resource disposition: owned worktree /workspace/pantograph-cn03 was clean except its task-created ignored node_modules symlink. Before cleanup its exact head fcb2d7f was reachable from retained local refs/heads/codex/cn03-scheduler-tool-loop, the same GitHub branch, and merged main 46aad58. Commit disposition retained; worktree outcome removed-reachable. Removed only the owned symlink (not its target) and used normal non-force git worktree removal. Confirmed path/registration absent, local branch still at the exact source OID, and source remains an ancestor of origin/main. Original /workspace/Pantograph checkout remains clean on work at ca9edde with its node_modules intact. No branch deletion, force push, history rewrite or unrelated worktree cleanup occurred. Raw audit receipts remain in /workspace/pantograph-cache. |
A pinned
tool-loopgraph can now execute a host-admitted pure turn controller and explicitly granted CN-01 string transforms through the existing nonruntime scheduler attempt. Exact graph/template identity, bounded turns/state/provenance, one whole-loop deadline, cancellation/commit arbitration and final-only results are implemented. Saved/reopened source → loop → sink execution is covered. Task graph schema 9 adds the typed loop template; ADR-019 and the consumer contract own the behavior.This is the bounded pure-controller CN-03 slice. Inference-backed turns still need per-turn runtime readiness/resource/reservation/attribution integration; effectful tools need separate authority/idempotency/recovery contracts. No static loop, arbitrary loader, sandbox claim or model-admission shortcut is added. PR92 and its missing licensed trained-weight T3 acceptance are unchanged.
