Brings TurboVec in line with the backend distance contract from #82: vectors are
normalized and zero-padded to a multiple of 8, query returns plain cosine distances,
and threshold excludes the boundary like the other backends. Also adds TQ+ calibration
(on by default), lists TurboVec in the extras and README, and runs it in the shared
backend tests instead of skipping it.
