Settings mixed dashboard metrics, full-width fields and unrelated actions without a clear hierarchy. Organize all four tabs into a bounded column of sections and aligned label/value rows, with actions beside their settings. Keep resource edits in dialogs, put reset in a separate final section, and show active reset progress first. Preserve configuration ownership and existing API/write behavior.
Validation: Web typecheck, 392 unit tests and production build; affected browser flows for storage, model credentials, suspension, rollout and reset; bilingual light/dark and narrow-screen rendering. Independent review identified modal backdrop sizing and mobile action overflow, both corrected with focused browser coverage.
