Replace setNames(as.list(c(...)), c(...)) with a direct list(name = ..., soc_name = "SOC"). Equivalent but one step instead of three, and the literal-key form can't desync keys from values if ae_col_header is ever length-0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This PR renames the displayed label SOC Name to SOC in forest plot outputs. The label for AE listings is also updated for consistency across AE outputs.
