ci: stop publishing the examples image - #2

Each federation's mip-examples-sync CronJob in mip-infra now clones master over HTTPS, so nothing pulls hbpmip/mip-examples any more. Dropping the job also takes the org Docker Hub credentials out of this workflow. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The examples no longer reach the cluster through a Docker image. Each federation in mip-infra-staging now runs a
mip-examples-syncCronJob that checksmasterevery minute and clones it over HTTPS onto the federation'smip-examplesvolume (common/examples). Nothing pullshbpmip/mip-examplesany more.This removes the
publishjob fromcheck.yml, which also takes the org Docker Hub credentials out of this repo's workflow. Thecheckjob is unchanged; the file is back to the original checks-only workflow.Note
With the image gone,
