Adds one line to
.claude/CLAUDE.md: when a fix fails twice, re-read in full the code being changed, its callers and callees, and where each global it uses is set, before the next attempt.Long debugging sessions tend to stall on a detail remembered wrong rather than re-read, and today that takes someone telling the agent to read the code again.
