Adds currency formatting for state-based Compose text fields while keeping raw minor-unit digits in TextFieldState. Includes cursor and selection tests and an interactive sample.
Tests pass on JVM, iOS, JS, and Wasm. The sample APK was also built, installed, and tested on an Android 36 emulator, with all six tests passing.
