Network, automation & observability engineer based in France.
By day, I help teams see what their infrastructure is actually doing. On the side, I build the tools I wish I had: small, focused, open source, and properly documented.
I also write about homelab, networking, DevOps and self-hosting on kentrow.fr, in French and English.
| Project | What it does | Stack |
|---|---|---|
| tapyr | Declarative API-to-metrics gateway for cloud-managed network gear (Aruba Central, Meraki, Teltonika...). Treats vendor rate limits as a budget, plans every call, exposes Prometheus and OTLP. tapyr.eu | Go |
| keymaker | Local web UI to inventory, audit, revoke and create OVHcloud API keys. Zero persistence, Docker only. OpenSSF Best Practices: passing. | Go |
| grafana-rackelevation-panel | Draws your racks unit by unit from inventory data (NetBox, CSV, SQL, Prometheus...) and colours each device by state or any metric. | TypeScript |
| grafana-wificoverage-panel | Predicted Wi-Fi coverage on floor plans, right inside Grafana. | TypeScript |
| fakeverse | Coherent fake data themed by works of fiction: people, addresses and organizations from The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars and more. Python package, Faker provider, CLI and HTTP API. | Python |
- oxynote - an open source technical wiki connected to the systems it describes
- nl6 - an open network load simulator (SNMP, NetFlow, IPFIX, sFlow, Syslog, gNMI, NETCONF)
- Observability that answers questions, not just dashboards that collect data
- Infrastructure described as code rather than tribal knowledge
- Tools that do one thing well and are honest about their limits
- Releases you can rely on: semantic versioning, changelogs, no surprises
