SQLite.load!appends rows to an existing table, but its docstring said the defaultifnotexists=falsethrows. Document the existing append behavior, clarify thatifnotexistscontrols table creation, and add a doctest that loads two batches and reads both back. Runtime behavior is unchanged.Validation: the documentation build and new doctest passed on Julia 1.12.6. All 29 in-memory checks passed on Julia 1.9.4 and 1.12.6, covering known/unknown schemas, both loading forms, constraint rollback, and conflict replacement. The example also passed on Julia 1.9.4. No documentation deployment was run locally.
