Add a FAQ-style section showing how to persist an in-memory database to a file using the backup API, and list SQLite.backup in the API reference. Addresses JuliaDatabases#210

[Reviewed by AI] No actionable findings at 1c05cd7. I ran the backup example on Julia 1.12.6, closed the source connection, and reopened the saved file. Both rows and the returned path matched the documentation. The API-reference entry matches the existing SQLite.backup docstring.

Adds a short "Saving an in-memory database to a file" section to the docs with a working example using the
SQLite.backupAPI added in #347, and listsSQLite.backupin the API reference (its docstring was not previously referenced anywhere in the built docs).Addresses #210 — the long-standing "how do I persist an in-memory DB" question now has a documented answer.
Docs-only change; example verified against SQLite.jl on Julia 1.11.
