The English translation should now be a lot more understandable than what Claude previously came up with.

Many strings have been shortened and had extraneous detail removed. I only kept detail where it was interesting or relevant to the current flow.

Here's a representative sample of the kind of changes I made. The old text:

Way too many words for such a simple concept. It should just say, "Restart apps to apply changes". Now it does.
