add parallel trigger-bit output file with full schema

Create a parallel output file for trigger bit skimming, e.g., for background-file generation.

On the first 20k events of run 20522 file 00001, the new trigger skim (ignoring tag-1 events):

A full schema instead of raw increases the output volume by only ~10%.
