Before: the page's header, footer and colours were a hand-copied snapshot of interimm.org (css/site.css, js/site.js). Its menu was already missing items that interimm.org has.

After: the page links the shared InterImm kit from interimm.org (https://interimm.org/kit/interimm.css and interimm.js). It has the main site's new look and fonts, the page header is the dark space style, and the header and footer come from interimm.org's live menu with "More" highlighted. The calculator itself is unchanged.

Merge after InterImm/interimm.github.io#53, which publishes the kit. The live page is published by hand to gh-pages, so it also needs a re-publish after merging.

How: the two copied files are removed. index.html links the kit and marks its header and footer with data-interimm-header and data-interimm-footer, keeping the old markup as the no-JS fallback. README and the style.css comments now point to the kit. npm test gives 37/37 passing, and I checked screenshots on desktop and mobile in light and dark, with the kit served from a local build of #53.

Links https://interimm.org/kit/interimm.css and interimm.js in place of the
copied css/site.css and js/site.js, so this page follows the main site's
new look and live menu automatically. The header and footer markup stays
as the fallback. The page header gets the kit's dark space style.
