Add CloakJS obfuscator and automated minified build

Summary

• Add standalone UMD CloakJS 1.2.0 with presets, stats and conservative obfuscation passes.
• Document browser/Node usage, jsDelivr URLs, limitations, and MIT licensing.
• Add minified distribution and an Ubuntu GitHub Actions workflow that regenerates and commits it when cloakjs.js changes.
• Add Node tests for API, presets, generated output, and edge cases.

Verification

• node --test (11 passing)
• node --check cloakjs.min.js and minified-bundle smoke test

Note: The workflow pushes generated updates to the source branch when repository permissions and branch rules permit it.
