Summary

Implements the Devfest 2025 design from the Figma file GDG Web/App Projects (frame "Devfest 2025", section "Ready for Development"). The content comes from the shared Firestore (devfest-2025).

Sections

• Navbar: small DevFest logo, links (Inicio, Detalles, Speakers, Equipo, Sponsors) and the blue button.
• Hero:
  • the "{DevFest} Cochabamba 2025" logo and the date paragraph;
  • the "¿Qué incluye tu entrada?" ticket card;

Notes

• Assets were exported from the Figma file: logo, strip, ticket icon, gallery photos and flags.
• Speaker, team and sponsor images are optimized at build time, so the page makes no requests to Firebase Storage.
• Calls to action follow the event state:
  • while registration is open: "Inscríbete aquí" and the seats notice;
  • after the event: "Ver detalle del evento" (gdg.community.dev), with the copy in past tense.
• Dates are formatted in Bolivia time instead of the build machine's timezone.
• Removes the components, styles and images the new design replaces.

Also in this branch

• The previously deployed but unpushed commits that move the page to the shared Firestore.
• CI: both workflows now pass the public Firebase web config (PUBLIC_FIREBASE_*, PUBLIC_EVENT_SLUG) from the repo's Actions variables. The variables are already set; without them the build can't read Firestore.

Firestore data for devfest-2025 was corrected separately (backup kept):

• date: 22 Nov 2025, 8:00–15:00;
• venue: UCATEC;
• event link;
• speakers' role, talk and country;
• two missing speaker photos.

Test plan

• npm run build passes.
• Checked at 1440px and on mobile:
  • all images load;
  • no horizontal scroll;
  • 4 speaker cards per row on desktop.
• Built HTML has no Firebase Storage URLs.
• The PR preview workflow builds with the new repo variables.
