• Etiquetas y catálogo c_RegimenFiscal comparados en forma canónica (sin acentos, minúsculas, espacios colapsados) sin alterar los valores; errores con code tipado.
• TS estricto y ESLint strictTypeChecked sin any/unknown/as/!.
• CI (lint, typecheck, test, build, pack) y publicación manual solo desde main con NPM_TOKEN de secrets, --provenance e --ignore-scripts.
• 499 pruebas; npm link probado (ESM, CJS, tipos); 6 CSF locales idénticas al original (no versionadas).
