The tokio 1.53.2 to 1.53.3 lockfile bump looks fine.

Nit: the lockfile also downgrades some transitive deps that tokio doesn't touch. socket2 goes from 0.6.5 to 0.5.10 for quinn and quinn-udp, and windows-sys from 0.61.2 to 0.52.0 for rustix, rustls-platform-verifier, quinn-udp and a few others. MSRV doesn't explain it: rust-version is 1.85 and both newer crates support it. It's probably a quirk of how Renovate ran the resolver. Nothing breaks, but it's an unrelated regression, and the next cargo update will undo it. Running cargo update -p tokio --precise 1.53.3 locally should give a clean diff with only the tokio change.

CI Test and Cargo Security were still running when I reviewed.
