Problem
pi install npm:agent-commsreports success, but Pi cannot load the extension because the package manifest points to./src/bridges/pi/extension.ts, andsrc/is not included in the published npm package.Fix
Point
pi.extensionsat./dist/bridges/pi/extension.jsinstead. The release workflow already builds the TypeScript intodist/, copies the web UI assets there, and publishesdist/as part of the package. This makes the extension load from the published npm package without changing runtime behavior or including the full source tree.Scope
This intentionally fixes the documented npm install path only. Installing directly from a source checkout is a separate concern because Pi does not run the project's build pipeline during a git install.
