feat: add OpenCode v2 package lane - #54

Package the official v2 Linux x64 npm release as packages.opencode-v2 with homeManagerModules.withPackageV2, so consumers can move a host onto v2 without dropping the v1 source build other hosts still use. v2 ships a self-contained Bun binary; fetch and autoPatchelf it rather than build from source. installCheck needs a writable HOME because v2 logs under $HOME/.local/share.
