Description

  • Adds surcharges to Rate
  • Adds a new Surcharge model with object, type, category, amount, list_amount, retail_amount, and currency fields
  • Wires Surcharge into object mapping and manual require loading
  • Adds changelog entry under Next Release

Testing

  • ./bin/phpunit --filter "EasyPostObjectTest|RequireTest"
