Add cmip7 to OCN_DIAG_MODE where only variables requested by CMIP7 and required to run mom6-tools are added to diag_table. Summary of changes:

1. Surface daily variables (h.sfc)

• &cmip7_sfc_common: Copied from &surface_flds_common with
  • tos_min, tos_max, sos_min, sos_max, and Rd_dx removed
  • oml added from &kpp_diags
  • zos and zossq added from &surface_flds_daily
  • all variables from &cmip7_sfc except T_adx_2d, plus sossq

2. Variables on z* grid (h.z)

• &cmip7_prog_z: Same as &prognostics_z except rhopot0, rhopot2, Kv_u, and Kv_v
• &cmip7_transports: Same as &transports except uhGM and uhml
• &cmip7_z_3d: Copied from &cmip7_z with
  • T_advection_xy and S_advection_xy removed
  • BS_coeff_h added from &cmip7_native
• &visc_flds: As is

3. Variables on rho2 grid (h.rho2)

• &prognostics_rho2: As is
• &cmip7_transports: Same as above

4. Variables on native grid (h.native), 2D only

• &cmip7_sfc_common: Same as above
• &cmip7_native_2d: Copied from &cmip7_native with
  • BS_coeff_h, S_adx_2d, S_ady_2d, t20d, sossq, tossq, zos, and zossq removed
  • tosga, sosga, and SSH added from &surface_flds_monthly
  • T_diffy_2d and T_hbd_diffy_2d added from &tracers
  • soga and thetaoga added from &hist_additional
• &cmip7_forcing_enthalpy: Copied from &forcing_flds with
  • evs, hfsifrazil, hfsso, prlq, prsn, rlntds, and ustar removed
  • hfrunoffds, hfrainds, and hfevapds added from &enthalpy_flds
