JIRA ticket: LIMS-2457

Summary:

Previously, users could add the SMILES code, or attach ligands, to a sample in a plate, only once it had been imaged. This PR is to allow adding a SMILES code or ligand(s) to a sample when it is created, or after creation but before imaging.

Changes:

  • Add backend changes to populate BLSample_has_Ligand table on sample creation
  • Add Ligand details to sample store, similar to Components
  • Add a ligand view, which just displays the name and a cross to remove it
  • Add a SMILES Code field to the sample creation form and the sample editing form

To test:

  • Go to proposal mx23694, create a shipment, then click Add Container
  • Change the container type to a plate, eg CrystalQuickX
  • Fill in a barcode (has to be unique), a container name, and a requested imager
  • Scroll down to the section Sample Location 1, add a Protein, Sample Name and SMILES code
  • Check the dropdown shows the ligand MarkTest, and select it. Check it appears with a little cross next to it
  • Check the cross works to remove it, then re-add it again
  • Click the "+Row" button, to populate the entire row with the same sample
  • Click Add Container, and say Ok to the warning about only a few samples
  • View the container you just made, and click on the wells in the map at the top which are highlighted to show they have a sample. Check each one has the SMILES code and ligand you put in
  • Click on a well that doesn't have a sample, check you can add a sample with a SMILES code and a ligand. Check they persist after a refresh.
