Use the correct flow based on MFA contract persisted for a given instance.
The contract is stored based on device config response (if 2.2 fields are present -> instance is multi-step capable).
Depending on the contract the client uses legacy Edge endpoints & types or new dedicated MFA flow endpoints & types.
