Summary

  • New src/theme.py: color tokens, bundled Geist / Geist Mono fonts (OFL, src/assets/fonts), Fusion palette + stylesheet, native dark title bar on Windows (DWM), spin box text inset.
  • Settings dialog: sidebar navigation (same tab API/indexes), page titles and sections, toggle switches (still QCheckBox), keycap hotkey preview, monospace technical fields, danger/primary button roles.
  • Recording overlay: dark glass card, halo dot, live waveform from the same RMS levels; ember (recording) / tide (processing) colors.
  • Tray: new 64x64 waveform mark icons, rounded menus. Recovery dialog: two-pane layout, same buttons in the same order.
  • screamer.spec bundles src/assets; docs updated.

Appearance only — widgets, signals, texts, validation and dialog behavior are unchanged. Snackbar color assertions updated to the new palette; added sidebar navigation / toggle tests.

Test plan

  • python -m unittest discover -s tests (offscreen, Linux): 298 OK, 5 skipped
  • compileall, import check, ruff
  • Windows: dark title bar, tray menu, .\build_windows.ps1 / release ZIP smoke test

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Introduce src/theme.py (tokens, bundled Geist fonts, palette, stylesheet,
native dark title bar on Windows) and restyle the settings dialog (sidebar
navigation, sections, toggle switches, keycap hotkey preview), the
recording overlay (glass card with live waveform), tray icons/menu and the
recovery dialog. Appearance only: widgets, signals, texts and behavior are
unchanged.
