Add all 31 current Huawei Publishing operations with typed parameters, command help, OpenAPI schemas, and independent HTTP regression tests. Include the CLI authorization, upload, and local build support required by the current implementation. Validation: make ci passed; staged snapshot make ci passed with GOFLAGS=-p=1; staged go test -race -count=1 ./... passed. Coverage: 84.4%.

This release expands the reviewed CLI and REST contracts to 286 endpoints, including 102 cloud-development operations. Management operations now cover cache resources, schema management, function resources and create-only SAM deployment with explicit management sessions. Recursive local validation, documentation discovery and offline transport coverage make invalid input actionable before authorization or network access.
The integrated tree preserves main's account identity command, Agent Skills installer, npm publishing and bilingual SEO pages. Static reference pages derive family counts from the bundled registry so new cache/prefetch routes display the correct content.
Validation: local
GOARCH=arm64 make ci,CGO_ENABLED=1 GOARCH=arm64 go test -race ./..., frontend regression and SEO checks (44 pages, 286 endpoints). Coverage 80.5%. Publisher credential check run 40285874738 succeeded. Exact-commit branch CI and merged-main CI passed. Main CI: https://github.com/Createitv/agc-cli/actions/runs/40287824387 . Release assets and Homebrew/Scoop version, URLs and SHA256 were independently verified for v0.3.2, commit db0a1da. The release workflow npm job failed with E404; dedicated npm workflow https://github.com/Createitv/agc-cli/actions/runs/40288716538 succeeded, including all five platforms and registry installation. Public npm metadata now reports 0.3.2.Limitations: Huawei live write operations were not performed. SAM deployment is distinct from console gallery deployment/upgrade; undocumented gallery automation, cloud prefetch binding, layer deletion and non-HTTP/Cron trigger creation remain unsupported. Device command success does not prove fresh handset data. Historical private validation records and credentials are excluded. Package publication does not upgrade existing local installations.
