Writing the scientific decision record (#875) marked five places where documentation or display expressions disagree with what the code does: the _mode median-fallback threshold (docstring 10, code 20); completeness.py's :warn example (names the mandatory tile psfex_interp_runner); exposure.smk's FLAG_EXT / "setools star cut" / "floor's :warn" comments; star_selection.setools logging the FWHM cut as ±0.1 px (applied: ±0.2) and plotting at 0.186 arcsec/px (cuts: 0.187); the make_cat package docstring's unimplemented TILE_LIST option. No behaviour is affected. Fix in one docs PR.
