The evotune module (kcat_tuning.evotune) is the kcat tuning method, so the documentation and docstrings no longer refer to the retired ABC-SMC bayesianSensitivityTuning and its helpers.

• docs/cmaes_vs_abc_smc.md is removed together with the links to it.
• The migration guide maps cmaesKcatTuning to cmaes_kcat_tuning and has no entry for the retired function.
• The evotune module docstrings describe their own behaviour instead of the retired MATLAB files, and params.py and the split report name EvotuneParams.
• The tutorial note and two changelog sentences no longer mention the retired method.
