i18n: sync zh/ja/ko translations with upstream/main (2026-10-29) - #2168
Sync zh / ja / ko translations with the English source on upstream/main (2026-10-29).
24 English pages had pending translation blocks; all three locales are refreshed for the 23 pages that could be translated in this run. 69 files changed (23 pages x 3 locales).
Translated content includes the new content.upstream_video_url / content.upstream_last_frame_url / content.upstream_expires_at result fields on the Seedance code pages, the BytePlus upstream URL note in reference.mdx, and the RouterBilledWorkspace schema section plus denied_reason / billed_workspace / credential_kind error fields.

tutorials/partner-nodes/pricing.mdx was not part of the pending set and is untouched.
