Retire Seedance 1.5 Pro from ByteDance 1.x node pages and pricing - #2158
BytePlus shuts down seedance-1-5-pro-251215 on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, 17:00 UTC+8 (4am ET). There is no automatic migration: workflows saved with that model in the ByteDance 1.x built-in nodes stop running on that date. The successor is Seedance 2.5 (dreamina-seedance-2-5-260628), with Seedance 2.0 (dreamina-seedance-2-0-260128) as the other option.
Docs still advertised the model as a live combo option and priced it as current, so users could not tell it was going away.
What changed
Built-in node pages (English, plus zh/ja/ko/es mirrors):

In each page:
model combo range drops seedance-1-5-pro-251215 and keeps the surviving ids (seedance-1-0-pro-250528, and seedance-1-0-pro-fast-251015 where the node has it).
First-Last-Frame model default becomes seedance-1-0-pro-250528; that node now lists only that model.
Sentences that only applied to 1.5 Pro are gone and the surviving text was reworded to stand on its own: the generate_audio widget no longer describes itself as "ignored for any model except …", and the "minimum duration is 4 seconds for 1.5 Pro" clause is removed (the range was already 3 to 12).
A short note under the intro states the November 11, 2026 shutdown, that saved workflows with that model stop working, and which models to use instead, linking to the Seedance 2.5 partner node in the page's own locale.
Pricing, tutorials/partner-nodes/pricing.mdx (English, plus zh/ja/ko/es mirrors):
The Seedance 1.x **Deprecated** warning now names the model: it retires November 11, 2026 when BytePlus shuts it down, ComfyUI removes it from the ByteDance 1.x nodes the same day, and its pricing rows are gone from the page.
Removed 8 rows that only existed for that model: 2 in the "Token rate" table (generate_audio: false 253.2, generate_audio: true 506.4) and 6 in the "Approximate credits / 10 sec" table (480p/720p/1080p × audio off/on).
Kept every other row, including the already-retired seedance-1-0-lite-* rows that the page explicitly retains for reference, and both live 1.0 Pro rows.
Source Seedance 1.x block hash and the four translation hashes were re-synced with .github/scripts/i18n/sync-hash-i18n.ts; no other files were touched by that run.
Deliberately not touched
development/comfy-router/models.mdx, development/comfy-router/pricing.mdx, development/comfy-router/models/**/code.mdx, router-schemas/**, router-pricing/** and the docs.json rows for those model pages. They regenerate from the Comfy API catalog after BE-23614 (Discovery lane) lands; hand-editing them would break sync-owned-check. Until that sync runs, the router pages still list and price seedance-1-5-pro-251215. The price numbers removed above also remain visible there meanwhile.
es/ was not in the original scope but is a configured locale in translation-config.json, so the same edits are applied there to avoid leaving a stale model id in Spanish.

These three node pages are generated from Comfy-Org/embedded-docs (each page carries a source SHA-256 fingerprint), so the same edit needs to land in comfyui_embedded_docs/docs/<Node>/{en,zh,ja,ko,es}.md upstream, otherwise the next embedded-docs sync restores seedance-1-5-pro-251215.
