docs: improve page titles and meta descriptions - #2142
Metadata-only pass: page titles and meta descriptions rewritten to name what each page actually covers, sidebarTitle added where a long title was leaking into the Mintlify sidebar, and every locale (zh, ja, ko, es) updated in the same commit. No body content changed.
Three batches are included: 2026-10-28 (five partner-node / audio pages), 2026-10-29 (five partner-node / utility pages), and 2026-10-30 (five core / developer pages).

The 2026-10-28 partner-node pages and the ElevenLabs page had never-localized zh/ja/ko frontmatter (English title/description verbatim); they now carry real translations.
