docs(minimax, ltx, flux): H3 camera motion and audio-first pass, LTX-2.5 VAE choice, FLUX 3 Klein layout path - #2121
MiniMax H3 prompt guide: a ### Camera motion section with the motion vocabulary from the official base prompt guide, written into the shot as an action with amplitude and speed.
MiniMax H3 native workflows: two turbo notes (fast action and camera moves soften first under a short turbo schedule) and a ### Generating the soundtrack first section. The audio pass runs at 32×32 with Boolean (Enable Lightning LoRA) off and 40–50 steps, saves through SaveAudioAdvanced, then feeds ref_audio in R2V with an explicit relationship marker. Audio latent frames follow clip length, not canvas size, so the cheap pass still produces a full-length track.
LTX-2.5: a Note on the two video VAEs in the pack. The templates load the diffusion decoder, which cannot be offloaded, so a full-size decode holds a lot of VRAM; ltx-2.5-video-vae-conv-bf16 decodes through the convolutional autoencoder when that decode runs out of memory.
FLUX 3 Klein: the single Create Bounding Boxes bullet becomes six describing how the boxes reach the model. Create Bounding Boxes puts them on its elements output and Flux3LayoutPrompt appends them to the prompt as a JSON layout table, cited as <obj_1>. The image edit templates route that table through ComfySwitchNode, which ships on the upsampler branch where the text is rewritten and the table lost, so the page says to set the switch to true. The two text to image templates leave the layout output on Preview Any, so it has to be dragged onto the subgraph prompt input with enable_prompt_upsampler off. The bullets also cover covering the whole canvas with one box for text to image, the box canvas aspect ratio, and colours coming from the box description rather than the editor palette.
Two corrections came out of that pass. The image edit step said to size the output with Empty Flux 2 Latent, which is not connected in either template: the output follows the reference through ReferenceMultiLatent.empty_latent. The upsampler download card said the file was used by the text to image templates, while all four load it.
The es pages also regain three node names that had been translated: ModelSamplingMiniMaxH3, Model Attention Backend, Model Sparse Attention.
Basis
Camera-motion values come from the official base prompt guide section 4.3. The audio pass follows temporal_shape() and _encode_ref_audio() in comfy_extras/nodes_minimax_h3.py, the 0.1 Megapixels floor in comfy_extras/nodes_resolution.py, and the audio relationship markers in the official ref guide section 4.2. The 20 and 6 step values and the Boolean (Enable Lightning LoRA) toggle are read from video_minimax_h3_t2v.json.
The two VAEs and their tradeoff follow the LTX-2.5 model card component table and the two decoder branches in comfy/sd.py, which also sets disable_offload for the diffusion decoder.
The layout path follows Flux3LayoutPrompt in comfy_extras/nodes_flux.py, CreateBoundingBoxes and ReferenceMultiLatent in comfy_extras/nodes_bounding_boxes.py and comfy_extras/nodes_edit_model.py, and SwitchNode in comfy_extras/nodes_logic.py, checked against the four templates in Comfy-Org/workflow_templates.
zh, ja, ko, and es are translated in the same commit.

The MiniMax H3 guides revise shot and camera-motion instructions, add turbo step-count guidance, and document a soundtrack-first workflow. The FLUX 3 Klein guides explain layout-prompt data and template connections. Both guide sets include localized updates.

The guides define when to start a new shot and when to use camera movement within a shot. They list movement types and options, distinguish zoom from camera-body movement, and state when to omit amplitude and speed.
The guides recommend disabling turbo and using 20 steps when fast action or camera movement takes priority. They describe how turbo at 4–8 steps can soften motion.
The guides explain how to generate and save audio before video generation, then use it as an R2V reference or connect it directly to video creation. They describe audio-reference modes and canvas-size tradeoffs. The Spanish guide also updates sampling and attention node names.

The FLUX image-edit instructions can lose layout boxes or lead readers to change a node that does not affect output size. The MiniMax audio instructions also retain two previously identified workflow gaps. Correct the guides before merging.

Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Select the audio label from the reference order.
<Audio 1> is correct only when this is the first audio reference. In an R2V workflow with a reference-video soundtrack, that soundtrack receives the first label instead. The instruction can therefore apply the reuse marker to the wrong audio. Explain how to choose the label using the ordering in tutorials/video/minimax/minimax-h3-native.mdx, Line 190. Update the translations too. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

1. Run a text-to-video pass of the clip at **32 × 32**, turbo off, **40–50** steps, and the duration the final shot needs. Audio latent frames follow clip length, not canvas size, so this pass renders a full-length track for about the cost of one full-resolution step. Unlink the Resolution Selector and type the size into the `width` and `height` inputs it fed; the selector bottoms out at **0.1** Megapixels. Steps live on the base `PrimitiveInt` inside the T2V subgraph (20 by default). Only the audio is kept.
2. The T2V subgraph decodes audio inside and exposes only the video. Open the subgraph and connect its `VAEDecodeAudio` to `SaveAudioAdvanced`.
3. In the R2V workflow, add `LoadAudio`, wire it to `ref_audio`, and keep `audio_vae` connected. Cite the track as `<Audio 1>` and state the relationship: `reference` regenerates the line in that voice and delivery, `fully_copy` treats the reference as the complete final track, and `partially_copy` keeps parts of it while you add effects or music. The second pass then starts from a settled voice and timing instead of inventing speech from nothing. For the identical file, wire `LoadAudio` into `CreateVideo` instead of relying on the prompt.

Do not promise identical audio in the saved video.
Direct wiring avoids regenerating the track, but the default video export encodes it as AAC. The exported audio is not sample-identical to the saved track. Qualify the claim and describe a lossless external mux if exact preservation is required. Update the translations too. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Use the label assigned to the connected audio input.
A reference video's embedded soundtrack is not used automatically. Connect its matching ref_video_audio_N input. When connected, that soundtrack receives an <Audio j> label before standalone audio inputs. Earlier connected standalone inputs can also make the saved track <Audio 2> or higher. Update the translated copies of this step.

Canvas size trades voice quality against time. **32 × 32** is nearly free, but voices can pick up a robotic edge. **256 × 256** keeps timbre closer to a full-resolution render. Above that the pass costs as much as the render it feeds, so go higher only when the voice has to be final quality. Speech and lyrics usually survive the small canvas. Sound effects and scoring tied to on-screen action do not, so render those in the second pass and let `partially_copy` combine them with the first track.
