Removes the MOSS-Image Color and Depth Control line from the Cloud release notes (all 7 locales) - it is not available on Cloud.
Re-synced the published cloud v0.42.3 entries with --force, so the live popup no longer lists it.

Overview
Removes the MOSS-Image Color and Depth Control bullet from the Cloud v0.42.3 release notes in CMS staging for all seven locales (en, es, fr, ja, ko, ru, zh), so Cloud changelog copy no longer advertises a capability that is not offered on Cloud.
The MOSS-Image entry and partner-node bullets for v0.42.3 are unchanged; only the erroneous color/depth-control line is deleted from each locale’s
