Docs changelog (en/zh/ja/ko)

• Qwen-Image 2.1 Turbo listed under New Open-Source Model Support (8-step checkpoint, shipped as templates in workflow_templates#1328).
• Core node, partner node, performance, bug fix, asset library, developer, and installation sections from the v0.40.0 release.
• Workflow Templates lists each new template in v0.11.82 with a link to its JSON. The Cloud-only RTX Video Enhance template is not listed, since it is not in the local template package.
• Luma Ray 2 templates are described as deprecated, following the Ray 2 node deprecation in v0.39.0 (endpoints shut down October 24).
• zh/ja/ko generated with pnpm translate, then fixed by hand where chunking split the template list; hashes refreshed with translate:sync-hash.

CMS staging (comfyui + cloud, 7 locales)

• Both projects are already synced to Strapi as drafts. Not published yet, so published-versions.json is unchanged.
