What

• Select the active Sonnet 4.6 US Bedrock inference profile with claude_args: --model in both Claude action paths.
• Migrate bare @claude reviews to the supported prompt input with repository/PR context and GitHub CLI tools for reading and posting reviews.
• Keep custom mentions in interactive mode, preserving comment/conversation context.
• Replace ignored timeout_minutes with a ten-minute job timeout and document usage in .github/README.md.
• Leave AWS roles, region, permissions, action pin, and application code unchanged.

Why

Claude reviews fail with a model end-of-life 404. The pinned action ignores the obsolete anthropic_model input, so a model-string replacement alone would still use the retired default. The prompt and timeout inputs also need their supported equivalents to restore the intended review workflow.

Test plan

• actionlint -shellcheck= .github/workflows/claude-code.yaml passed using the BitGoJS locked Nix tool source.
• Throwaway smoke harness: YAML parsing, all inputs checked against the pinned action manifest, explicit model argument/timeout checks, and executed prompt selection/loading for bare, whitespace-padded, and two custom mentions; all four cases passed.
• Checked the pinned action's migration guide and mode detector, plus AWS's active Sonnet 4.6 US inference profile and us-west-2 availability.
• After merge, invoke bare @claude and a custom mention; confirm successful inference and posted feedback. Live inference was not exercised: the sandbox has no AWS inference credentials, and comment-triggered workflows use the default branch definition. The inference role must allow the new profile and its destination models.

Application builds/unit tests are not applicable to this workflow-only change. Pre-PR ACI gate skipped: no .github/ai-checks/pr-risk on the base branch.
