feat: PR from asset-metadata-service for token onboardings - #9995

The AMS API token import on this branch regenerated botTokens and botOfcTokens. Besides adding new entries, the regeneration dropped four entries and one feature that exist on master: the base tokens hteth:tgku and hteth:stzamakms along with their OFC variants ofchteth:tgku and ofchteth:stzamakms, and CoinFeature.STAKING on hteth:zamamock. Restore all five from master verbatim, at their original positions. Every entry that exists on both master and this branch is now identical to master. The dropped hteth:stzamakms and the stripped STAKING feature each broke a unit test in modules/statics/test/unit/base.ts, which looks these coins up directly; both pass again. Ticket: CSHLD-000
