Summary

• Parse Broadridge StandingDelegationImpl_v1 create responses from Canton prepared transactions.

Behavior

parseRawCantonTransactionData now extracts:

• Broadridge protocol descriptor
• Standing delegation template identity
• Client and executor parties
• Metadata
• Submitter actor set
• Zero-value transfer envelope for the non-transfer authorization command

This keeps the parsed actor set consistent with the settlement authorization builder’s requested actAs parties.

Verification

• TypeScript compilation passed.
• ESLint passed for changed files.
• Prettier check passed.
• Direct parser and transaction serialization assertions passed against CantonStandingDelegationPrepareResponse.
