Summary

Add BitGoJS support for Broadridge CIP-56/CIP-112 allocation requests and CIP-56 Settlement Authorization transactions.

Changes

• Parse Broadridge CIP-56 allocation requests, including payment-only sender requests.
• Parse CIP-112 allocation requests losslessly:
  • Settlement identity and metadata.
  • Authorizer account owner/provider/id.
  • Sender-side and receiver-side legs.
  • Deadlines, committed status, iteration funding, and request CIDs.
  • Receiver-only allocations with explicit no-input semantics.
• Handle Broadridge allocation request outcomes:
  • AllocationRequest_Accept
  • AllocationRequest_Reject

• Parse standard V1 allocation effects:
  • Allocation_ExecuteTransfer
  • Allocation_Cancel
• Add protocol-specific Broadridge descriptors containing:
  • Exact package/module/template identity.
  • Protocol version.
  • Choice and role.
  • Actor set.
  • Request/agreement/allocation CIDs.
  • Settlement and result metadata.
• Add Broadridge Settlement Authorization command support for:
  • Standing delegation creation, revoke, withdraw, propose, and accept.
  • Settlement proposal accept, reject, and withdraw.
  • Settlement agreement settle and cancel.
• Add strict verification for Broadridge commands:
  • Package/template/module/entity.
  • Protocol version.
  • Choice.
  • Actor set and role.
  • Contract/request/agreement CID.
  • Command arguments.
• Make allocation request receive fields optional for valid payment-only requests.
• Add serialization, parsing, explanation, verification, descriptor, and unknown-template/choice tests.
