Resolves missing embedded artwork when uploading Ogg Opus, Ogg Vorbis and Ogg FLAC files. These formats are already accepted by the upload flow, but jsmediatags cannot read their artwork.

Replace jsmediatags with music-metadata 12.3.2 and select the embedded cover for the existing image resizing pipeline. Load the parser lazily and cache the import promise across uploads. Track titles continue to come from filenames, and uploads continue when metadata or artwork processing fails.
